The RHS Hyde Hall Victorian timber Greenhouse design is not only a perfectly good example of how good our Victorian timber Greenhouses look but also how these well proportioned and suitably sized the structures are for urban gardens. 

 

Timber has been the traditional material choice since Victorian times and Western Red Cedar is the superior timber choice for making Victorian timber Greenhouses. In addition to the greenhouse installation, Owen Chubb Garden Landscapers also completed the Greenhouse foundations, internal floor & perimeter Greenhouse paving areas and constructed the low brick wall. 

 

Resilient and naturally hardwearing, timber is the most environmentally friendly material choice. In contrast to aluminium structures, timber requires considerably less energy during the production process. Only the highest grade environmentally friendly PEFC certified Western Red Cedar is used to produce our Victorian timber Greenhouses. To complement the greenhouse installation, a new garden layout was designed & constructed by Owen Chubb Garden Landscapers using natural limestone paving & red brick.
