The House which was originally built in the 1880’s featured a very large garden but one which was in serious need of a complete overhaul. Although much of the original mature planting was retained, some was removed to create extra space for a larger patio and wider pathway to rear garden. The final layout was overall sympathetic to the prevailing site and architectural characteristics.
