Although the weather could have been kinder to us, but with arrival of Garden Shed and good progress continuing to be achieved with planting (Pics 1 – 4), an air of excitement began to slowly emerge as we could see the project advanced towards the final stages.

Soil area was rotovated, to which some soil conditioner added with generous amounts of Fish Bone and Blood fertiliser. Over a period of three days the area was gently raked, and then rolled level with perimeter pathway, and what a sight it is, rolled ground ready for turfing. Ground was rested for a day before proceeding with laying of the Roll Turf lawn (Pics 5 – 7).

As the presence and scent of newly planted shrubs began to take effect, the next phase involving the installation of the lawn would represent a milestone in the construction of this new garden project.
